El Teatro Santander es de propiedad del Municiio de Bucaramanga, pero administrado por una FUNDACION integrada por el mismo Municipio, el Instituto Municial de Cultura, el Centro Cultural del Oriente, las Universidades UNAB y UDES, Camara de Comercio, Electrificadora de Santander GRUpO EpM, Fundacion Bolivar Davivienda, y las empresas MARVAL y RAYCO. Creada en 29 para la recuperacion del viejo TEATRO, que habia sido construido entre 1928.32 viene operando desde abril de 219. The Santander Theater is owned by the Municipality of Bucaramanga, but managed by a Foundation comprised of the Municipality itself, the Municipal Institute of Culture, the Eastern Cultural Center, the UNAB and UDES Universities, the Chamber of Commerce, the Santander Electric Company (EpM Group), the Bolivar Davivienda Foundation, and the companies MARVAL and RAYCO. Created in 1929 for the restoration of the old theater, which had been built between 1928 and 1932, it has been operating since April 2019.
