Agrupación profesional en las artes escénicas, de carácter independiente. Creada en el 2018 como una iniciativa de crear una plataforma que permitiera a los amantes del teatro consultar toda la cartelera teatral de Bogotá en un solo lugar y en noviembre de 2019, se formalizó la creación de la agrupación teatral bajo el mismo nombre. A lo largo de estos años El ESCENARIO ha presentado obras como: KYOGEN: TEATRO CÓMICO JAPONÉS (2019), CHÉJOV: OBRAS CORTAS (2019), ANÓNIMAS (2021), HOMBRES DE MEDIANOCHE (2023), HISTORIA DE UNA MUJER (2023), HUMOR DE ASCENSORISTAS (2023), ¿QUIÉN MATÓ AL PERRO DE LOS SHEERS? (2024), FEO (2024) y dos coproducciones en Uruguay: ¿Y SI SE DETIENE EL TIEMPO? (2025) y ¡YO SOLO QUIERO SER FELIZ! (2025)

EL ESCENARIO is an independent professional performing arts collective. Created in 2018 as an initiative to develop a platform that would allow theater lovers to access the entire Bogotá theater listings in one place, and in November 2019, the theatrical collective was formally established under the same name. Throughout these years, El ESCENARIO has presented productions such as: KYOGEN: JAPANESE COMIC THEATRE (2019), CHEKHOV: SHORT PLAYS (2019), ANÓNIMAS (2021), MIDNIGHT MEN (2023), STORY OF A WOMAN (2023), ELEVATOR OPERATORS’ HUMOR (2023), WHO KILLED THE SHEERS’ DOG? (2024), FEO (2024), and two co-productions in Uruguay: WHAT IF TIME STOPS? (2025) and I JUST WANT TO BE HAPPY! (2025)
